Overall Thoughts
The theming is immediately obvious throughout the building even before you get to the rooms, although this room is very different to the rest! The second you step through the door you are immediately met with the interior of a space ship. And even though the set is often made of cardboard and foil it looks incredible.
The puzzles in this game span floor to ceiling and there are absolutely tonnes to do. One of my main concerns with space themed rooms is they are often very heavily reliant on technology. Although there are a lot of mechanical locks. A fair few of the main puzzles in the game are electronic. Unfortunately in our game the first electronic puzzle we came to didn't register my first 2 attempts to enter the code, but did on the third go slowing us down just a little to get started.
The main core of the puzzles in this game span over multiple rooms and the sets are great. The puzzles often linked between rooms or required players to call out information from other rooms making the game a little more enjoyably chaotic. This game has a lot of puzzles to work through which certainly adds to the difficulty.
We did get hooked up on a puzzle towards the end due to a team communication error and overlooking a puzzle that had multiple stages.
Overall an enjoyable game if you're a fan of sci-fi and space.
